It works by mimicking hormones that target areas of the brain involved in regulating appetite, which helps you to eat less and leads to weight loss.
Skinny Shots are started at the lowest effective dose and injected once weekly for 4 weeks and then titrated up every 4 weeks for the next 5 months. This will help give your body a chance to get used to the medicine. Your dose may be increased every 4 weeks in increments, up to a max dose of 2.4mg once weekly, depending on how you respond to the medication.
